AGE RESTRICTION: In order to make purchases from our website, you must be at least 13 years of age with the consent of a parent/guardian, or are legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use our services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you, and users under the age of 13 who use our services will be assumed to have the binding consent of their parent/guardians, with these terms applicable to the consenting adult governing the youth.

PURCHASES: When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. PRICES: The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the payments page.

LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cineboxx Film and Television Inc., Canada, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service and products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cineboxx Film and Television Inc., Canada, assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our services and products; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify our terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Your use of the Website or our service and products after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Ontario, Canada, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Toronto, Ontario. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

RETURNS POLICY

We strive to deliver quality goods and customer satisfaction. Returns and exchanges of merchandise are permitted only if the product is defective, damaged or if the items received were incorrect.

To return or exchange any item, the following policies apply:

• ●  Must be returned within 30 days of the order date, unused or unworn and in the original packaging.

• ●  Refunds will be processed upon receipt of merchandise using the original form of payment, and can take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

• ●  For misordered clothing sizes, exchanges are only permitted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their size is correct according to the product size chart before ordering. Customer will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charge.

• ●  Customer is responsible for return shipping and handling, customs charges, duties, or tariffs unless the product is verified by us as defective, damaged or incorrect.

  Instructions

1. Please contact us and enter your order number along with your e-mail address and detailed reason for your return or exchange.

2. Once request is submitted, allow 48 hours for approval

3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging with a copy of your receipt.

4. Include; RMA (return authorization) number if provided one, billing name, address, and order number along with

   the item(s).

*Please retain the return tracking number for your records, we will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, or you’ve received an incorrect item, enter all data through the RETURNS PORTAL.

General

• ●  Return freight costs are refunded if item is determined to have a manufactured defect or verifiable

• ●  Allow 14 days before checking the status of an exchange or return.

• ●  We reserve the right to inspect allegedly defective or damaged goods prior to awarding a refund or exchange

• ●  Non-authorized returns will be refused

• ●  Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable for exchanges.

While no online store is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so. Your purchases on our merchandise page are processed through external payment platforms provided by WooServices / WooCommerce and Paypal. We may contact you to notify you regarding your orders, to troubleshoot problems with your orders, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to reply to your queries, and to send updates about the documentary film Surviving Bokator and related activities.
